日本語では「醍醐」とされ、発酵の最上級、
「これ以上ないもの」を意味する。

2022年結成。

異なる風土や文化的背景を持ちながら
日本で育ったメンバーが、
それぞれの感覚を持ち寄る。

エスニックでありながら
境界のないグルーヴと、
ソウルフルで攻撃的なソロを軸に、
独自のサウンドを追求している。

一方で、社会や他者との接続、
その中で生まれる違和感や孤独を、
静的な歌詞で描く。

“Manda” refers to that which embodies
essence and truth.

In Japanese, it is associated with “Daigo,”
traditionally regarded as the highest stage
of fermentation,
symbolizing “the ultimate form.”

The members, each raised in Japan
with distinct cultural backgrounds,
bring their individual perspectives together.

Their sound is built around
ethnic yet boundaryless grooves
and soulful, aggressive solos.

At the same time, their lyrics explore
the unease and loneliness that arise
from our connection with society and others.
